Until now I can't really say I've ever been all that impressed with Busy Phillips on the red carpet. This time, however, she decides to show off her curves in a sexy low cut black dress. This is a nice display of pretty cleavage. She's never looked better. Hopefully this is the start of her working her sex appeal for maximum results.
