Miley Cyrus exposes her cleavage in weird looking little black dress that seems to expose all of her brassiere in a a large cut-out on top. Or maybe that is just how the top is designed. I don't know. What is apparent is the young woman felt like showing off her boobs in the most revealing manner without being obscene. It's still weird seeing this former Disney star half naked on the red carpet. She has a great body as expected by a teenager but she might want to keep it classy every once in a while.
